Sagehen Resevoir

Ry Guy caught a fish! He was a proud little man.

Hailey Bug carrying Daddy's fish for him.

We just got home from a perfect camping trip. We hiked and fished and there wasn't one mosquito to be seen! My little boys are turning out to be quite the fisherman! I tell ya, nothing is cuter than a little guy in a ball cap and rubber boots, casting away. Hopefully this was the first of many memory makers this summer.

Hailey turns 2!

Our "baby" turned two in march! (Don't tell her that, she thinks she's 6!) We had a little family party where she got to open birthday presents and have pink cup cakes!

Hailey LOVES Caillou! If you don't know who that is then consider yourself lucky! She got a couple Caillou movies for her birthday. Now she can watch it even more........yay.
Tinker Bell! Hailey really likes that little fairy! I'm glad she is more into her than the princesses, cause they kinda bug me. Tink is much more fun and spunky, and she isn't always waiting around for Prince Charming! Sorry,I kinda got side tracked there...

Hailey shares her birth-day with Aunt Kessie. Two pink cup cakes for two pretty smiley girls!
We had a minor emergency during the birthday party. During our moving rendition of Happy Birthday, Hailey stuck her finger right in the flame of the candle! Ouch! We put her little finger in cool water and luckily it wasn't that bad. Afterward, she wouldn't go near her cupcake though, and I was worried she would never eat it...
She did.

Halloween 2010

Ryan is a Star Wars Clone Trooper. Connor is Spider Man, and Hailey is a lamb. A grouchy lamb.
Spider-Man thinks he is pretty funny.

Had to throw in a little cute Hailey face! Just so you can know what she would look like if she were smiling in her lamb costume. We were pretty awesome when it came to pumpkin carving this year. Alright, JF was awesome, while the rest of us watched him be awesome. The skull & crossbones, and the Cinderella were Hank and Kessie's handy work.
Halloween was kinda low key this year since it fell on a Sunday. We did a Trunk-or-Treat with our ward on Saturday, then on Sunday we just passed out candy to the 11 trick-or-treaters we got. Somehow we still ended up with tons of candy! On to the next holiday, Thanksgiving!

A different kind of air show

In this family, if it has to do with aviation, we are all over it! I have stood and watched more jet fuel consuming aircraft then you can even imagine. This morning, we went to a different kind of air show. You know when you are blowing bubbles, and you get that neat feeling when you are standing amidst all the floating bubbles? Well that's what it was like, only these bubble were GIANT, and lovely! We got the kids up,( Yawwwn!), and told them we were taking them to see a "surprise". The hot air balloons did not disappoint. Going to become a tradition, I believe.
Definitely a memory maker! ( I love those!!)
