Easter 2012

Dyeing Easter eggs. See the stack off pictures in the background waiting to be hung up? Some day...... Hailey painted her eggs, and actually made some very pretty ones! Connor and Ryan dunked their eggs in so many different colors that we ended up with a bunch of different shades of brown.

Hailey in her beautiful Easter dress. She got to be the only one in the picture, because she was the only one ready for church, and we were already 10 minutes late!!!

The Caboose!

Yesterday we had an ultrasound done, and got to see our little man. That's right, I said little man! Baby # 4 is a boy!! We knew it was going to be a boy, just because we have 17 bins of girl clothes, and not a stitch of boy clothes! I am not too worried about stuff though, we are just excited to meet him! He will be born in August, right in the heat of an Alabama summer! Can't wait!

Our 1st trip to the beach!

These pictures are in reverse order. This is Hailey at the end of the day. She fell asleep as I carried her to the car. She had so much fun, but she was exhausted!

All Ryan wanted to do was get buried in the sand! Mission accomplished!

We had a perfect day! The weather was excellent, and the water was beautiful! We packed a picnic lunch, and played for hours. We will be headed back very soon!

Hailey's 3rd Birthday

Hailey as Repunzel. Memo sent her a Repunzel dress and a wig! She wore that thing all night!
Our Little Bug turned 3 on the 16th! We had a little family party with a couple good friends. We have just moved into our new house in Alabama, so it was a party amongst boxes! We had to borrow tape from the neighbors so we could wrap presents, since ours was "in a box somewhere". We took Hailey to the beach for the 1st time the next day for her birthday. Pictures of that coming soon!

Driving across the country

We finally arrived in Alabama after 6 days of driving! We didn't take a lot of pictures along the trip, because all we did was wake up, drive, stop to stretch our legs and eat, and then drive some more! Here are some pictures of what a typical stop for us looked like. We would find somewhere the kids and dogs could run wild, get all the wiggles out, then hit the road again. This particular stop was somewhere in New Mexico. We found these neat little hills to climb on and run down. As I was looking closer at the hills, I realised it was an old landfill, but it was still fun!

Connor's Baketball game

Here is a little clip of Connor playing YMCA baketball. He has really enjoyed playing this year, and I don't think I have ever seen him put so much effort into anything! He still has some confidance issues, he doesn't thin he is capable of scoring. He has been a very strong defensive player though!!

Sagehen Resevoir

Ry Guy caught a fish! He was a proud little man.

Hailey Bug carrying Daddy's fish for him.

We just got home from a perfect camping trip. We hiked and fished and there wasn't one mosquito to be seen! My little boys are turning out to be quite the fisherman! I tell ya, nothing is cuter than a little guy in a ball cap and rubber boots, casting away. Hopefully this was the first of many memory makers this summer.

Hailey turns 2!

Our "baby" turned two in march! (Don't tell her that, she thinks she's 6!) We had a little family party where she got to open birthday presents and have pink cup cakes!

Hailey LOVES Caillou! If you don't know who that is then consider yourself lucky! She got a couple Caillou movies for her birthday. Now she can watch it even more........yay.
Tinker Bell! Hailey really likes that little fairy! I'm glad she is more into her than the princesses, cause they kinda bug me. Tink is much more fun and spunky, and she isn't always waiting around for Prince Charming! Sorry,I kinda got side tracked there...

Hailey shares her birth-day with Aunt Kessie. Two pink cup cakes for two pretty smiley girls!
We had a minor emergency during the birthday party. During our moving rendition of Happy Birthday, Hailey stuck her finger right in the flame of the candle! Ouch! We put her little finger in cool water and luckily it wasn't that bad. Afterward, she wouldn't go near her cupcake though, and I was worried she would never eat it...
She did.
